Join WILS and invest in your own personal and professional development!
For those living or working in an area where a local chapter exists, we encourage you to apply for a combined national and chapter (joint) membership to benefit from our national network and in-person opportunities for professional development and networking in your local area.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES:
Our memberships fall under one of four different categories:
- Active Members: Any female currently employed on a year-round basis in a field related to recreation and community services, including those working at government, non-profit, military, and commercial organizations/businesses
- Post-Professional: Any female who is currently retired from her career in a field related to recreation and community services (including those with Life Member distinction)
- Friend of WILS: Any person who would like to be involved and support WILS, but is not otherwise eligible for a Active or Post-Professional Membership
- Students: Any person who is currently working towards a degree in a field related to recreation, leisure, or community services
Active some groups are entitled to a discount of 100% on all purchases
